Adelia Pratt is the Director of Catering at Barnett’s Whiskey House in Waco, Texas, where she brings together her love of food, design, and genuine hospitality to create unforgettable dining experiences. With more than 15 years of experience in the food and hospitality industry, Adelia has built her career around creating moments that connect people through food, creativity, and care.

 

A proud graduate of both the Art Institute in 2018 for Photography and the Escoffier School of Culinary Arts in Austin, Texas in 2013 for Pastry Chef studies, Adelia blends her classical training with a modern, hands on approach to every project. Her journey began with a passion for pastry, where she discovered how flavor, texture, and presentation could tell a story. Over time, that love of pastry evolved into a calling for full scale catering, allowing her to combine artistry with organization, creativity with leadership, and flavor with experience.

At Barnett’s Whiskey House, Adelia leads the catering team with warmth, professionalism, and a meticulous eye for detail. Whether she is designing a custom menu for a wedding, curating a corporate luncheon, or coordinating a large scale celebration, she pours her heart into every detail to ensure each event reflects both the spirit of Barnett’s and the individuality of every client.

 

For Adelia, food is deeply personal, it should tell a story, spark joy, and make people feel at home even when they are miles away from theirs. Her philosophy is simple, great food brings people together. Through her leadership and artistry, she continues to make Barnett’s a trusted name in Waco’s food and event community, where every gathering feels a little more special and every bite tells a story.
